We take special care to ship your beloved records! We ship the vinyl records in robust LP cardboard mailers with stiffeners within 3-5 days by speedpost/courier (for domestic orders) and registered airmail (for international orders) - all shipping options with tracking numbers. 

We ship the packages by speedpost/courier with tracking number within 3-5 days of the order is placed/payment is received. You can expect to receive your package within 5-10 days after the package is shipped. We will inform you the tracking number once your package is shipped. 

Of course, we ship worldwide! Please send us an email to freeschoolstreetrecords@gmail.com with your choice of records and we'll revert with a PayPal invoice including shipping cost via registered airmail with tracking number. We'll ship your records  within 3-5 days of the payment is received.

We provide full refund of the paid amount including return shipping cost  in case of defective item(s) once you return the same via tracked shipping and we receive at our end. For minor seam split of LP jackets, we offer partial refund of 10%.  For minor vinyl warp,  we offer partial refund of 20%. However, all such offers will be considered on case to case basis and are subject to change without prior notice. 

While we take great care in packing your CD under protective double-layer bubble-wrap inside a bubble-wrap envelope with extra padding, it's difficult to guarantee 100% protection of the CD jewel cases from scratches/damages in transit due to its extremely fragile nature. In case you receive the CD with a significantly damaged jewel case, please email us with photos and your UPI/Google Pay/PayTm details. We will be happy to provide you a partial refund of  ₹ 25/-, being the average price of a CD jewel case which is easily available/replaceable. Please note that, in case of minor scratches/slight cracks on the jewel case, we are unable to provide any refund.
